This software includes many useful editing features that are not present in similar products. Unfortunately, there are missing the basic ones, such as adding an arrow or drawing a line.

With Shotty you can capture fullscreen or custom region and modify your image before saving. Blur option is useful to hide parts of image, highlighter is easy to use and powerful (custom colors). Supports to add an image as watermark.

Captures can be saved on hard disk with desired extension or uploaded directly to various image hosting websites.

1. Easy to use

Click once on its icon from system tray and select the type of capture that you want to make.

2. Add watermark

From Advanced settings you can add an image watermark and set desired position by choosing from a list (top, right, middle right etc.). You cannot set a custom distance, for example 10% from top and 23% from left.

Right click on its icon and tweak advanced settings such as watermark, autosave, image quality etc.

4. Capture custom region

Drag and release mouse to select desired region from your screen.

Shotty provides a list with tools that aren’t available in many similar programs. You can blur, highlight, crop, resize or add custom text.

6. Highlighter with custom color

A very easy to use highlighter with custom color, most similar programs doesn’t have it.

7. Add custom text

A smart way to add text; just start typing the text you want, then click where you want to be applied. You can choose different fonts, colors, size.

8. Save image with desired format

Allows to save captured images as JPG, PNG, GIF and a few more formats.
