This software can be used to perform certain actions when working with your PDF file(s): extract, delete, insert pages, rotate all or selected pages, merge documents and set password.

It allows to set password to protect from being opened, but also for being edited.

All features are working pretty well, even the program isn’t very intuitive at first use. Give it a try and will solve different editing operations well.

1. A little unintuitive interface

It has a really clean interface, but at first use you don’t know what to do. First you need to select desired PDF file to work on it. Just select Application from file menu, the Open document.

2. Unnecessary open file dialog

After you select PDF file, the program will ask you if you want to open or save the file. Click Cancel, because you already added the desired PDF file to processing, unless you want to view its content in your default PDF reader.

If i click Open, will open PDF file in my default PDF viewer, which is Sumatra, but i know the content, so i click Cancel.

3. Many operations supported

At Tools you can choose available operations: insert pages, extract, delete or rotate. Merge (combine or join) PDF documents or change security settings for selected file (password, editing rights).

4. Insert new PDF document as new pages inside an existing PDF

The program allows to select another PDF file, after you choose Insert, and add those document as new pages in any location (at page level).

5. Extract pages from PDF

Select a single page or a range of pages to extract them as separate PDF file.

6. Delete desired pages from PDF

It works exactly like Extract pages option, but this time will delete selected page(s).

7. Rotate pages

PDF documents can contain pages with wrong orientation or maybe you want to change it. PDF Rider allows to rotate a number of pages between a range or all pages.

Supports 90 and 180 degrees.

8. Merge PDF documents

Add any number of PDF files from your computer and combine them into a single file. It allows to select specific page number for each document, if you need.

9. Set password and editing restrictions for PDF

At Security option, you can set an open password that will prevent other people to view content of a PDF file, but also an edit password to allow only some editing rights such as printing, copy etc.
